Government Relations | Bipartisanship | Congress

Overview: Cong. Kihuen is the epitome of the American dream -- part of an immigrant family coming to the US to work, pursue higher education and ultimately become a part of our political process.  Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, he and his family immigrated to the US, settling in the Las Vegas area where the future Congressman attended college, eventually winning election to the Nevada State Assembly, and then the Nevada State Senate.  He was elected to the US Congress in the Nevada state landslide in the fall of 2016 and is now working hard on seeking solutions across the aisle for the Nevadans he represents and for US communities around the country.

Cong. Kihuen is a member of the House Financial Services Committee where he has started out being an active member on legislation affecting the many constituents, companies and stakeholders whose issues come before the committee.

Please join us as we welcome Cong. Kihuen who will speak to our members on Wednesday January 17th at noon.  Hear from him first-hand about the issues that will come before the House Financial Services Committee in the new year, and meet a member who is undoubtedly a rising star in the House.
